All changes for property taxes for 2017 and 2018

Two ”packages” changes in property values of real estate, ”adjustments” in the calculation of unified property ownership tax (ENFIA) for 2017, among them the additional tax imposition in land parcels – and complete overhaul of property occupation tax from 2018 prepares the Ministry of Finance for about 8 million property owners.
